Het is niet aanbevolen om Doluperine in te nemen na 16h daar Gember een tonicum is. Doluperine wordt niet aanbevolen tijdens de zwangerschap en borstvoeding Tijdens chemo- of radiotherapie is het aanbevolen om de inname van Doluperine te stoppen 2 dagen vóór de ingreep en de inname te herbeginnen 2 dagen na de chemo-/radiotherapie. Bij inname van bloedverdunnende middelen is het aangeraden om maximum 1 gel Doluperine in te nemen per dag daar curcumine een licht bloedverdunnend effect heeft. Voor de rest zijn er geen interacties gekend met andere medicamenten.
