Which online pharmacy is actually cheapest? The honest answer is: it depends on the product, stock status, and delivery cost. We have therefore replaced the old static ranking with a verifiable data snapshot and links to the live comparison.

The current PharmaCompare database contains:
- 64.491 catalogue products
- 50.890 products with at least one price marked in stock
- 2.255 products with a trusted comparison across at least two sources
- 7 active price sources with products marked in stock
- 16,19% average price spread within the trusted comparable set
That average is not a guaranteed saving. It measures the average difference between the lowest and highest recorded price in the comparable set. Prices, availability, and delivery charges can change at the retailer.
Why we do not name a permanent winner
Retailer catalogues do not overlap evenly. One retailer may carry thousands of unique products, while only part of that range can be matched exactly with another source. A broad ranking would therefore measure current coverage more than the best retailer for your order.
The useful question is not 'which pharmacy always wins?', but 'where is this exact product cheapest today?'
How the comparison works
We use the latest available price per source. Products must match across at least two sources, and implausible price ratios are excluded. Matching uses CNK, EAN, and reviewed product data.
The displayed amount is the product price. Before buying, also check availability, delivery terms, and the final total including shipping. Read the full comparison methodology for freshness rules and limitations.
How to find the best price for your order
- Search for the exact product name, CNK code, or EAN.
- Compare the same pack size and quantity.
- Check when the price was last verified.
- Include delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds.
- Open the retailer from the comparison page and confirm the final price.
